About

A guided wood-fired sauna by Sauna Del Soul combines heat, botanical steam, breath and quiet pauses on Trebah Beach.

Matt from Sauna Del Soul leads adult-focused sessions at Trebah Beach. Bring swimwear, two towels, footwear and water; there are no beach changing facilities or toilets, and the walk from the entrance takes about 20 minutes. Sessions are 24 October, 7 November and 31 December 2026 at 09:00 and 12:00. Trebah Kitchen is open; the beach Boathouse is stated to open for October and April sessions only.
