Project Glass Hammer
About
A self-guided outdoor puzzle trail turning the Royal Arsenal's historic streets into a real-life escape room, running throughout October 2026.
Project Glass Hammer is a commemorative outdoor puzzle mission marking the October anniversary of the founding of the Royal Arsenal in 1716. Its story, The Pirate Who Stole Time, casts rogue time-traveller Captain Tick-Tock Morgan as a threat to Woolwich's history, with teams decoding cryptic clues sent via WhatsApp and hunting hidden codes in the architecture of military landmarks and gun factories. The self-guided trail requires no app downloads, starts outside Woolwich Elizabeth Line station, and runs daily from 17:00 to 22:30 with bookable slots every 30 minutes.
