A free intergenerational meeting series at POSK combining face yoga with Ewa Aleksandra Żak, conversation and refreshments.

This cycle of intergenerational meetings, part of the 'Razem w UK' programme, brings people of different ages together around a table for conversation away from screens. Each session includes face yoga exercises and massage led by Ewa Aleksandra Żak, presented as a healthy-habit trend that promises plenty of laughter. Afterwards there is coffee and tea, time for networking and a brainstorm on how to develop the meetings as a source of knowledge and inspiration. Sessions run on Tuesdays 27 October, 3 and 10 November, 18:30–20:00, in Sala Orłów; entry is free but places are limited and registration is required.
