An Introduction to Sourdough Workshop

Luke’s Bakery teaches participants to mix, shape and bake an artisan sourdough loaf, with starter and a loaf to take home.

The small-group class includes soup and sandwich lunch and equipment. Participants are asked to bring a cast-iron pot if they do not have a steam oven.
