Coffee & Connections – Weekly Community Meet-Up

A free weekly Friday meet-up at a Manchester bookshop where adults chat over coffee using conversation topics drawn from a 'Chatty Hat'.

Coffee & Connections is a 60-minute weekly session run by House of Books & Friends to combat loneliness and social isolation. Each session opens with a five-minute group activity, then participants suggest conversation topics that are drawn at random from a 'Chatty Hat' and discussed for ten minutes each in a relaxed, friendly setting. It is open to over-18s, runs on Fridays from 11am to 12pm (except bank holidays), and includes a free hot drink.
