Four Seasons

Violinist Raffaele Pagano and cellist Gonçalo Pires perform Vivaldi's Four Seasons arranged for violin and cello, plus Kodály and Handel-Halvorsen, in a free lunchtime concert.

This lunchtime recital pairs violinist Raffaele Pagano with cellist Gonçalo Pires. The centrepiece is Pagano's own arrangement of Vivaldi's The Four Seasons for violin and cello, alongside Kodály's Duo for Violin and Cello, Op. 7, the Handel-Halvorsen Passacaglia, and original compositions by Pagano. The concert lasts around three-quarters of an hour, with light refreshments available before and after.
