Chef Matt Smith, whose 20-year career includes Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Freemasons at Wiswell and The Kingham Plough, takes over the kitchen at the Little White Horse for an evening by Fýr. Diners can expect a multi-course menu built on seasonal British produce with Italian influences and cooking over fire. Two sittings are offered, at 6:30pm and 8:30pm, with spaces limited across both.
