Deadtime Stories for Adults

An adults-only candlelit after-hours ghost storytelling session at Treasurer's House, exploring the building's long-term residents.

Part of York Ghost Week, these adult-only (18+) sessions offer exclusive candlelit access to more areas of Treasurer's House than the family sessions, as visitors hear stories about the house's long-term residents. Each session lasts one hour and is led by an actor, following the same storytelling format as the family events but with darker, adult-oriented content. The organisers state this is the only opportunity to see Treasurer's House after hours this year. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
