Poggle and Me

A sensory, inclusive dance-theatre performance by Barrowland Ballet for groups of children aged 7-15 with complex needs.

Barrowland Ballet's Poggle and Me is a sensory dance-theatre piece created for and with children with complex needs aged 7-15. Poggle, a mischief maker, forms a new friendship on a forest adventure featuring acrobatic dance, live music and clapping rhythms in an imaginatively changing world children can explore. Performances are relaxed, adaptable and limited in capacity, designed for small groups so each child's individuality can be celebrated. Created in partnership with Atta Festival, Turkey, with support from the British Council's International Collaboration Grant.
