About
The Priory Theatre stages Ira Levin's thriller-comedy Deathtrap, directed by Mark Jefferies, running from 11 to 20 February 2027.
Ira Levin's Deathtrap, directed by Mark Jefferies, follows playwright Sidney Bruhl, who hasn't had a hit in 18 years until a former student sends him a guaranteed-success script. When Sidney jokes about murdering the young writer and stealing the play, and Clifford then arrives for a collaboration, the evening takes unpredictable dark turns. The play is described as sharply funny, full of twists that keep audiences guessing about who is innocent.
