The Offline Club Bristol hosts a mindful group walk through Ashton Court Estate, meeting at the Courtyard Cafe. Phones are switched off for the duration; the walk begins socially with conversation prompts, includes a thirty-minute guided silent walk in the woodland with mindfulness prompts, and finishes back at the cafe with coffee and conversation before a 2pm round-up.
