U3A Singing

A monthly u3a sing-along group meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, open to new members.

The Glossop u3a Singing group meets on the third Tuesday of each month for an afternoon sing-along from 1.30 to 3.00pm. Membership is on a termly subscription basis, with the amount set according to member numbers to cover room rent, printing and occasional CDs. New members are always welcome to come along and join in. The group is part of the u3a movement, founded in 1994, which encourages people in their 'third age' — after full-time employment has ceased — to continue learning for enjoyment.
