Koala Club - Italian Playgroup

A two-hour Italian-language stay-and-play afternoon for pre-school children and their carers, with free play, snacks and circle-time songs and stories.

Koala Club is a heritage-language playgroup run entirely in Italian for children growing up with multiple languages, aimed mainly at pre-schoolers and babies with Italian as a home language, though older siblings are welcome. Sessions begin with an hour and a half of free play, crafts, books and outdoor games, followed by a shared snack (merenda) and a closing circle time of songs, stories and movement. Parents and carers stay throughout, and tickets include children's snacks and tea or coffee for adults.
