Open Day

Family open day at Stoke Park Railway with miniature train rides, garden railway layouts, model boating and clubhouse refreshments.

The Guildford Model Engineering Society opens its Stoke Park site to the public, running passenger trains on both its ground level and raised-track miniature railways. Outdoor garden railway layouts operate alongside an OO gauge railway in the clubhouse, with optional extras such as drive-a-loco sessions, radio-controlled boats and model traction engine trailer rides. Entry is free with train tickets at £2 each, and hot drinks, cakes and ice cream are available from the clubhouse.
