Grace Williams: A Celebration in Song

Welsh vocalists Sioned Gwen Davies and Llio Evans join pianist Gavin Roberts for a recital centred on songs by Grace Williams and music by other Welsh composers.

The recital brings together vocal music by Grace Williams as 2027 approaches the 50th anniversary of her death. Davies and Evans perform with Roberts at the piano. The announced programme includes Billows of the Sea, Green Rain, The Mad Maid’s Song, I Had a Little Nut Tree and further works by Welsh composers. As part of the organiser’s Community Concerts series, it is planned as an informal performance with spoken context.
