Mortuus

Infamous Arts performs Mortuus, a family puppet-and-storytelling show exploring Day of the Dead and other global remembrance traditions, followed by a creative workshop.

Mortuus is a new theatre show by Infamous Arts that uses storytelling and puppets to explore how cultures around the world honour the dead, from Mexico's Dia de los Muertos and Japan's Obon festival to Nepal's Gai Jatra and Celtic Samhain. It is described as a gentle, immersive show suitable for all ages and families, recommended for age 5 and above. The performance starts at 1.30pm with doors at 1pm, and a creative workshop follows the show. The tour is supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
