STURTEVANT – Eat the Outside to Light Up the Inside

A survey of Sturtevant’s repeated artworks, drawings and video installations explores how images shape artistic recognition and perception.

The exhibition brings together Sturtevant’s handmade repetitions of other artists’ works with her later experiments in video and digital imagery. Displays include a group of Warhol-related works, Krazy Kat drawings and the participatory Digital Click installation. A rug based on a Keith Haring work was made for this exhibition. Antony Hudek curates the programme in cooperation with the Sturtevant Estate and Thaddaeus Ropac.
