A free business-support day brings entrepreneurs together for practical talks, a grant-winner panel, networking and local enterprise advice at Kettering Library.
Business & IP Centre Northamptonshire’s Start-up Day supports people with business ideas through talks, networking and local enterprise advice. The programme runs 09:30–14:30 on Tuesday 24 November 2026. Susan Liverman speaks on moving from start-up to success; Ruth Roan interviews BIPC grant winners Helen Staniforth (Upskillion), Tracey Sharp (Wild Soul Flowers) and Paul Spencer (Orsino Bistro); Marie-Louise O'Neill discusses spotting a “monster client”; and Andy Maddison covers protecting a company’s digital future. Marketplace stands include local business-support organisations. The organiser invites attendees to visit for all or part of the day.
