Beyond the Feed: A Screen & Creativity Reset for Young People

A free six-session Monday evening arts programme for 18–25 year olds exploring digital habits and building a self-directed creative project.

This participatory arts programme supports young people aged 18–25 to examine their relationship with digital technology and reconnect with their creativity. Across six facilitated group sessions on Monday evenings in November and December 2026 (no session on 30 November), participants develop a self-directed creative project such as writing, music, visual art, journalling or audio. Sessions run 7pm–8.30pm and aim to build greater awareness of digital habits through meaningful creative activity.
