Casual_Rope: The Basics of Rope Bondage - Glasgow Morning
About
A beginner-friendly morning workshop in Glasgow teaching the basics of rope bondage and Shibari in a casual, safe environment.
Casual_Rope hosts a laid-back beginners class introducing the fundamentals of rope bondage, run by instructors with nearly 20 years of combined Shibari experience. The 3.5-hour session covers single-column ties, joining rope, futomomo, anchor points, chest harness basics, full-body ties, tension building, reverse tension and rope safety, with free tie time if time permits. Participants take turns tying and being tied, and should bring around three 8-metre lengths of natural fibre rope, though rope is available to borrow and buy on the day.
