Pumpkin Cushion

A half-term children's sewing workshop where ages 8 and up make an autumn-themed pumpkin cushion while learning to use a sewing machine.

This half-term session at Elasha Creations Sewing Studio teaches children aged 8 and over the basics of using a standard electric sewing machine, including threading up, winding a bobbin and changing needles and feet. Participants make an autumn-inspired pumpkin cushion from a selection of provided fabrics, with all supplies and machines included. No experience is required, and children should bring a drink and a snack. It is one of six distinct project workshops running across the October half term.
