An informal drop-in cafe at The Nook Aberdeen for adults aged 18+ who have experienced bereavement, offering a relaxed space to connect and share.
The Grief Cafe at The Nook Aberdeen is a welcoming, informal gathering for anyone aged 18 and over who has experienced bereavement of any kind. There is no set agenda and no expectation to speak; attendees can share, listen, or simply be present in a compassionate environment. The session runs for 90 minutes and is explicitly not a counselling session or structured support group.
