A free hybrid seminar exploring authenticity and regeneration in food systems, with talks on UK vegan protein entrepreneurship and regenerative farming at Hampton Estate.

This 45-minute CIFAL seminar features two talks on food systems. Dr Yanfei Hu examines how UK vegan protein entrepreneurs construct authenticity in an ideologically contested market, drawing on 30 in-depth interviews and archival data. Molly Biddell of Hampton Estate then discusses regenerative land management in Surrey, covering pasture-fed livestock, forestry, habitat restoration and community engagement.
