Chat Play Read

A free parent-and-child session supporting speech, language and early literacy through shared reading, songs, rhymes and play.

Chat Play Read is a session for young children and their parents focused on building speech, language and early literacy skills. Families read and share books together, enjoy songs and rhymes, and use language through play and socialising. The sessions also support parents with ideas for developing their child's communication at home and signpost to specialist help if a delay is suspected.
