An optional open-level Pilates class offered as part of the RAD Silver Swans Spring Course.

The open-level Pilates option meets daily at 12:45–13:45 during the five-day Silver Swans Spring Course. RAD states Pilates must be booked with a Ballet & Repertoire class; it is not a stand-alone option. The full five-day Pilates component costs £75 for members or £83 for non-members, not per day. The main course is recommended for age 55+, and participants attend all five days. Bookings open late October; faculty are to be announced.
