Intermediate Iyengar Yoga class

A weekly intermediate Iyengar yoga class for those with at least two years' experience, led by teacher Lucy Brownhall.

This intermediate-level Iyengar yoga class is aimed at practitioners with a minimum of two years' experience who are familiar with basic asanas including shoulder stand. Sessions introduce a wider range of poses, including more inversions such as handstand, and explore the relationship between body, breath and mind, with pranayama introduced at this level. The class runs on Tuesday evenings and participants may join at any point, though regular attendance is encouraged.
