The Benefits and Challenges of Hybrid Working

A CIPD branch evening session in Aberdeen exploring what makes hybrid working successful for managers and employees.

The CIPD Branch in North Scotland and Islands hosts a two-hour in-person session examining hybrid working from the perspectives of both managers and workers. The talk draws on recent research and real-world examples, with insights from Donald's book 'The Evolution of Hybrid and Remote Working: Transforming Office-Based Jobs'. The evening begins with networking at 5pm, followed by presentations from 5:30pm, and is aimed at anyone leading teams, shaping workplace policy or navigating hybrid working themselves.
