Bring Your Bike Along to the Arches of the County Hall Museum for a Free Bike Safety Check

Volunteer mechanics offer free bicycle health checks under the arches of Abingdon County Hall, checking and adjusting gears, cables, brakes, saddles and tyres.

A team of volunteer mechanics sets up in the space under the arches of Abingdon County Hall, below the museum, to give bicycles a free health check. They will check, lubricate or adjust gears, cables and brakes, adjust saddles and handlebars, pump up tyres and repair punctures. Visitors can also drop in for an unbiased opinion or advice about their bike. The sessions run on selected Saturdays.
