Basic Semen Analysis - Andrology Course

A three-day hands-on andrology course at Acorn Andrology teaching the essentials of semen analysis for laboratory and reproductive science professionals.

Acorn Andrology runs this attendee-limited, in-person course covering the basics of semen analysis, running from Monday 2 to Wednesday 4 November, 10am to 4:30pm each day. Day one covers lab principles and safety, WHO 2021 guidance, sample collection and macroscopic evaluation, antisperm antibodies and sperm vitality, plus lab practicals on wet slide preparation and manual motility assessment with a CASA demonstration. The course is aimed at STPs in andrology or embryology, science graduates, reproductive technicians, biomedical scientists and junior embryologists, with basic pipetting skills expected. Attendees must be 18 or over and free parking is available.
