Living in the Clock | Robert Powell

Robert Powell’s intricate etchings trace cycles of life and learning through crowded scenes of human structures, follies and wonders.

Robert Powell’s etchings build dense, circular worlds around cycles of birth, learning and death. The images place people deep within the structures and machines that shape human life, combining close detail with satire and historical references. Kilmorack Gallery’s visitor hours vary by season.
