Gentle Monday morning dance sessions for older adults and people with mobility challenges, exploring jazz, rock & roll, contemporary and jive styles.

Moving Together is a gentle movement and creative dance session designed for older adults and those with mobility challenges. Each Monday session explores a range of styles including jazz, rock & roll, contemporary and jive, led by facilitators Freya Davis and Holly Jones, who both teach inclusive dance across the Midlands. Participants are welcome to stay afterwards for tea or coffee.
