Gospel In A Day

Drama Kirk marks its tenth birthday with a free day-long staging of the gospel of Luke through drama, comedy and music at Hamilton Old Parish Church.

To celebrate its tenth birthday, Drama Kirk stages Gospel in a Day, working scene by scene through the gospel of Luke from its beginning through to Pentecost. Each scene is presented in a different style, drawing on a decade of the company's scripts including five passion plays, dramatised walks, Bob Hartman's Rhyming Bible and sketches, alongside new material written specially for the occasion. The event runs from 10am onwards, audiences are welcome to come and go as they please, and refreshments are available throughout the day.
