Special Steps Low-Noise Fireworks Night

A low-noise fireworks evening for children and adults with SEND and their families, with soft play, sensory activities and a 6.30pm display.

Special Steps' annual low-noise fireworks evening is aimed at children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities and their families, with siblings welcome. Before the 6.30pm display there are bouncy castles outside and soft play, sensory lights and equipment, and colouring indoors; every child receives a light-up toy and bubbles on arrival. The fireworks are chosen to avoid the loud bangs of a traditional display, and families can watch from further away or take a break indoors. Food and drinks are available, with a sausage or chicken nuggets and chips option and Coffee Loco serving drinks.
