Adult aerial circus classes

Aerial circus classes for adults and over-16s, with daytime and evening groups. The programme lists beginner work on trapeze, rope/silks and sling.

Adult and over-16 aerial classes rotate through trapeze, rope, silks and sling or hammock. Each 90-minute session combines a warm-up, aerial training and creative practice in small groups. Current tutors Jess Allen, Emma Stevens, Sophie Ivil and Gracey Hart share the teaching across the term.
