An annual supper club celebrating Wakefield's Rhubarb Festival with a five-course rhubarb-focused tasting menu and themed drinks.
The Hepworth Wakefield's Rhubarb Supper Club marks the arrival of Wakefield's Rhubarb Festival with a five-course tasting menu built around locally grown forced rhubarb from Jason Cook in Stanley, at the heart of the Rhubarb Triangle. Dishes range from fried cheese curds with rhubarb ketchup to lamb rump with rhubarb molasses-glazed belly and rhubarb desserts. Drinks include rhubarb cocktails, a matched wine list and limited-edition rhubarb beers from Lost Cause Brewing Co., sold separately from the ticket. A vegetarian set tasting menu and a supplementary cheese course are available, with seatings at 6, 6.30, 7 and 7.30pm.
