About
A four-hour yoga afternoon exploring chakras, breath and meditation, with a Nepalese artisan bazaar, raising funds for Community Aid Nepal.
Led by yoga teacher Lea-Ann Furphy, this four-hour workshop uses Mount Meru mythology as a lens for exploring the chakras through colour, asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. All practices are adaptable and no prior yoga experience is needed; attendees are encouraged to wear something bright. A Nepalese artisan bazaar featuring Our Nepali Home runs alongside and is open to everyone, whether or not they join the yoga. All donations go to Community Aid Nepal, a UK-registered charity.
