A one-day Scottish FA-endorsed sports first aid course for coaches, volunteers and participants aged 16 and over, delivered by Andy Gow.
A one-day, six-hour sports first aid course endorsed by the Scottish FA and delivered by Andy Gow of A.D. Training and Development, open to participants from any sport. Topics include CPR and AED use, recovery position, choking, head, spinal and limb injuries, bleeding, shock, burns and heat or cold extremes. Assessment is by continuous observation, and successful candidates receive a certificate valid for three years.
