Halloween at the Museum

A family Halloween day at Burwell Museum with themed decorations and activities, rescheduled to 31 October as the museum's final open day of the year.

This family-friendly Halloween day was moved from 24 to 31 October 2026, with previously purchased tickets valid for the new date. Visitors can see the museum's Halloween decorations and take part in themed activities including a scavenger hunt (extra charge), sensory boxes, storytelling and face painting (tbc), with fancy dress encouraged. The tea room sells snacks, hot and cold drinks and holiday treats, and the day doubles as the museum's final open day of the year. The event runs 10am to 4pm with last admission at 5pm.
