The Anna Mudeka Band

Anna Mudeka reunites her band for a one-off tribute concert celebrating the life and legacy of producer John Vigar.

After ten years apart, Anna Mudeka brings her original band members back together for a single special performance honouring music producer John Vigar, who died in March 2026. Vigar collaborated with Mudeka on releases including the Side of the Angles single, the Mauya EP and the 2015 Dendende album, and her latest album Ruvimbo was completed shortly before his passing. The reunion features original members Tom, Justin, Jose and Mogali, plus Jez on guitar and invited guests, playing the band's energetic fusion of African rhythms and powerful vocals.
