A supportive art, craft and gardening group for people living with dementia and their carers.
A five-week Tuesday morning course for people living with dementia and their carers, focused on wellbeing, connection and creative activity. Explore art, crafts and gardening through mindful and sensory activities, including upcycling and collage, and share experiences in a relaxed, supportive setting. Everyone attending should book a place. The course is supported by Derbyshire County Council Public Health Funding. £25 for five weeks or £5 per individual session. Maximum 14 participants. Tutor: Penni Mead.
