The Bookshop Band performs folk songs inspired by books and authors.
The band writes and performs songs in response to books. The listing notes its book-inspired albums and collaborations with authors, and invites audiences to hear book-themed folk music. Recommended for adults and young adults aged 10 and over. A hearing loop is available; copies of some featured books can be borrowed from the library. On Sunday 15 November, doors open at 1.15pm for the 1.30pm performance and at 7.15pm for the 7.30pm performance.
