The Bedford Hotel hosts a New Year's Eve dinner evening in Tavistock. Guests are welcomed with canapés before a five-course dinner made with seasonal local ingredients, followed by dancing to a DJ playing late into the night. At midnight, guests are given a glass of fizz for the countdown, and black tie dress is suggested though optional. An overnight stay at the hotel is offered as an optional add-on.
