Ohemgee Faaji London 2 with EmmaOMG

EmmaOMG and the OhEmGee Band bring their Boxing Day gospel praise-and-worship celebration with live music, Yoruba hymns and comedy back to London.

OhEmGee Faaji is the signature event of EmmaOMG and the OhEmGee Band, begun in Lagos in 2019 as a December celebration of music, worship and joy. This Boxing Day edition at the Lighthouse Theatre in Camberwell runs five hours and features a live-band performance, soulful Yoruba hymns, high-energy praise and worship, comedy and laughter, and a birthday shout-out session for celebrants born in any month. The event blends gospel music with the Nigerian spirit of 'faaji' — celebration and enjoyment — and is pitched at families, friends and church communities.
