People’s Pottery Classes: Autumn Term 2026

A 12-week term of pottery classes across four weekly cohorts, with Tuesday evening, Thursday morning, Friday morning and Saturday morning sessions. The shared programme develops handbuilding, wheel throwing, surface decoration and glazing; materials and firings are included.

The same Autumn Term People’s Pottery programme offers four weekly schedules at the same studio. Beginners and returning learners work through pinching, slab building, coiling, press-moulding, throwing, slip decoration and glazing, with demonstrations followed by practical making time. The four weekday/time cohorts share published curriculum and term boundaries, so they are grouped as one production with 48 dated class sessions. Friday is offered as a full 12-week booking or as two six-week ticket options; these are not separate productions.
