About
A two-day HYROX competition for children aged 8–15, with age-specific workouts and supervised race-day preparation.
Youngstars combines running with tailored strength and coordination exercises in four age bands: 8–9,10–11,12–13 and14–15. Every athlete must attend with the parent or legal guardian named in the booking; one guardian ticket is included with athlete entry. A mandatory 25-minute warm-up precedes racing. The published age-band times are warm-up check-in times, not race starts. Standard spectator admission includes the main London age-group races, with Elite Series upgrades separate.
