Fossils Day Workshop with the Geological Society

A free drop-in workshop exploring fossils, dinosaur teeth and claws, footprints and the discovery of Megalosaurus.

The Geological Society education team invites visitors to handle real fossils and explore how teeth, claws and footprints tell us about dinosaur diets and movement. The page says the session is most suitable for children aged 12 and under; the Visitor Centre is step-free, though some paths and flooring are uneven.
