Bodega

NYC conceptual rock band Bodega play a 14+ Bristol show presented by Bristol Beacon.

The New York band Bodega, fronted by Ben Hozie and Nikki Belfiglio, perform live at Electric. Known for albums Endless Scroll, Broken Equipment and Our Brand Could Be Your Life, the band has drawn comparisons to post-punk acts like Talking Heads and Devo, though Hozie describes them as a conceptual rock band focused on songwriting. The show supports their new single "Pick Up the Check", which takes a lusher, more expansive sound inspired by Jane's Addiction and the Stone Roses. The event is open to ages 14 and over, with under-16s accompanied by an adult.
