A fitness-and-music day at Rumble Rooms with three 45-minute classes (HIIT, dance fitness and yoga), live DJs, and entry to the VIBEMAKER afterparty.
Nakoa Health and Riskgo present a combined fitness and nightlife event in Milton Keynes. The afternoon runs from 1pm to 5pm with three 45-minute sessions: SWEAT (HIIT), MOVE (dance fitness) and RESET (yoga), accompanied by live DJs and artists, professional photography and a Nakoa goodie bag. Ticket holders can then return from 11pm for the VIBEMAKER afterparty, with DJs playing until 4am.
