About
A New Year's Eve morning of meditation, discussion of mindfulness and ethics, and a Vajrasattva ritual at York Buddhist Centre.
Danadhi opens the morning with meditation and an introduction to Vajrasattva, the primordial Buddha associated with purification. The session then explores mindfulness and ethics, with participants setting a personal precept for the year ahead. It concludes with a ritual in which each person makes a card vajra bearing Vajrasattva's mantra and their precept to take home. The event runs from 10am to 1pm and is open to all over 18.
