The Royal Philharmonic: Pop Goes Classical

The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra performs Pop Goes Classical, a programme of orchestral arrangements of well-loved pop songs, orchestrated by the producers of the Classic FM album of the same name. The set ranges from ballads by Ed Sheeran and John Legend to anthems by Coldplay, U2 and Oasis, including songs such as Hallelujah, Fix You and Fields of Gold. The concert lasts around two hours and is staged by candlelight at St Andrews Hall.
